/ What is 'ZWANZE DAY'?
Every year since 2008, Brasserie Cantillon has produced a special beer, or rather a 'Joke' beer (translation of the word Zwanze) which it sends to selected venues around the world. SUD will be the first restaurant to participate in Cantillon's Zwanze Day.
